Job Responsibilities: Back Office-CSG
Will Be Deputed in VODAFONE Zonal Office (Andheri & Malad) to provide services to the domestic customers.
Will be involved into Web process (Email) only for VODAFONE Products & Services.
To manage Customer Queries & Effective Management of all customer complaints and providing solutions through E-mails ONLY.
Handling customer queries and providing information as per defined standards through E-mails ONLY.
