Subject : No Street lights from TATA Power (Kalyan) to Mahape Shilphata Highway Via Kalyan phata.

Its really a pity that authorities are not paying any attention on the street light issue on the above mention route.

Because of its connectivity to mumbai , this highway is very busy 24/7. & since there is no street lights there,it has become very trouble some for the people who are travelling thru this route daily .And also since the road widening work is going on Shilpahata Mahape Highway, no street lights there...is inviting a big accident for sure.(See Pic. 1 & Pic 2).

On Both the side of the highway there is dense Jungle & Hills & in the nights dense darkness too makes a driving (Both two & four wheelers) becomes extremely dangerous.

Irony is that right From Tata Power to Toll Naka ( Near Katai railway over bridge ) there are proper street light electricity pole are installed but it seems they are just show piece as not even a single electricity bulb lights up in the night.(See Pic. 3 & Pic. 4)

If we get few Km ahead CIDCO has installed four lights on a every single electric pole on Thane Belapur Road, i want to know why there so much of disparities. Do we don't pay our taxes,Toll Naka charges,Road Taxes etc ...? Cant we expect a better treatment from the government authorities.?
